At JORJA AMARI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
Archive & End of Season Sale
Items purchased as part of our Archive or End of Season Sale are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Visit our Returns Portal
Go to: https://shopify.com/69979635933/account -
Enter your email
Use the same email address you used at checkout. You will receive a one-time code to log in. -
Select your order
Once logged in, choose the order you would like to return. -
Submit a return request
Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. -
Receive approval
Our team will review your request and email you once it has been approved. -
Prepare and ship your return
After approval, you will be able to download and print a return label directly from the portal.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility as returns are shipped directly to the carrier of your choice. -
Processing your refund or store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Received a Faulty Item?
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at info@jorjaamari.ca within 5 days of receiving your package, and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item
Once reviewed, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
